Product description

Euro 20 Throttle Valves

Throttle valves are made of ductile alloy with two-side epoxy protection of at least 250 microns.

They feature an automatic enclosure locking mechanism, while the driving spindle is made of cold pressed stainless steel. The wedge is fully protected by elastomeric rubber, while its guides feature a polyamid inset for better sliding.

Manufactured in nominal diameters between DN 50 and DN 400, with pressure ranges between PN 10 and PN 25.

  • Enclosure construction without screws.
  • Full sealing provided by the pressure of the gasket of adequate size
  • Non susceptible to water shock
  • No risk of screw corrosion after installation.

Without internal pressure
Under pressure

The new shape of the wedge featuring guides and simple sealing ensure a longer life expectancy of the wedge and the bottom of the throttle valve by more than 2500 cycles as defined in the EN 1074 standard.

Three versions for the installation into a shaft or earth are possible. The drive of the throttle valve can be manual or electrical.

Double falnged butterfly valves

The double falnged butterfly valves are made from ductile alloy with a two-side epoxy protection of at least 250 microns in sizes between DN 150 do DN 2000, and pressure level between PN 10 do PN 40.

This refers to a double eccentric version, which ensures complete sealing when closed and a long life expectancy of the gasket. The seat is for durability reasons made of stainless steel.

By a special gasket clamping construction a 100 % sealing in both ways has been ensured which solves quite a number of problems in our systems.

Possible are versions to be integrated into a shaft or laid into the ground. The drive of the flap can be manual, electrical or hydraulic.
