Needle valves with an almost linear characteristic ensure a very precise control of flow or pressure.
They are made of a ductile alloy with a two-side epoxy protection of at least 250 microns, while the internal elements are made of stainless steel.
The sizes range from DN 100 and DN 1000, the pressure ranges between PN 10 and PN 25.
The valve is aimed to control with very small losses when fully opened. By additional anticavitation cylinders the operation of the systems can be optimized.
The flap drive can be manual, electrical or hydraulic.
Main gasket of the locker:
- Made from NBR. The position of protected from the flow provides a longer life span;
- Simple replacement: the restraining ring can be removed from the downflow direction without the detachment of the diffusor.
