The PAM Global S cast iron based system for drainage and internal sewage consist of pipes and tee elements from grey cast iron and stainless joint material according to the EN 877 standard. Available are also the Tyrodur fixing and installation system used for various hooks, brackets and similar.
The pipes are made from grey cast iron according to the centrifugation procedure and thermally processed (glow treatment) in order to reduce internal tensions and achieving enhanced mechanical properties. Inside, the pipes are protected by a 2k epoxy coating of 130 microns, and on the outside by an anti-corrosion primer protection of 40 microns.
The tee elements made of grey cast iron are sealed according to the electrophoresis process. The connecting material (joints) are made of EPDM rubber and stainless brackets correspond to the Rapid NG type.
The pipes are used in sewage systems and for drainage within buildings as well as drainage of bridges. They are especially suitable for high-load systems in laboratories, hospitals and industry, where high temperatures and aggressive media occur. They are also used in schools, kindergartens, multi-apartment buildings, hotels, libraries and all other public buildings.
The special features are also demonstrated by the special focus on fire and noise protection. The system is compliant and is designated according to the SIST EN 877 standard. Nominal sizes between DN 50 and DN 300 (internal diameter) upon request also up to DN 600.
