Product description
The ISOPAM pipes are thermally insulated pipes from ductile alloy and are used in particularly for pipelines, exposed to very low temperatures in order to prevent the freezing of water within the pipes. The insulation on the pipe is made from polyurethane foam, protected by a compact polyethylene layer. The joint is additionally protected by an elastomeric layer. For connecting these pipes the standard plug connector or anchored joint with VI gaskets are used. The mechanical properties of the pipeline are equal to cases when pips with standard protection are used.
The ISOPAM program is available in sizes between 100 and 600 mm. The pipes, tee fittings and joints are thermally sealed during the production phase.

1 – polyethylene screen
2 – polyurethane foam
3 – elastomeric distance piece for foam
4 – elastomeric screen
The main application fields of the ISOPAM pies with the risk of freezing are:
- Bridge passages,
- Tunnel inlets and outlets,
- All other surface pipelines, which are directly subjected to environmental impact.
