In the webinar, titled Comprehensive Approach for Selecting and Installing of Manhole Covers Depending on Traffic Density, we presented cast iron for covers and gratings compared to other materials. Installation methods and the selection of an appropriate installation method vary greatly depending on the site configuration and the piping system being used. Therefore, we have investigated all options as well as the differences in design depending on traffic density. We have also presented solutions for the discharge of meteoric water and reviewed best practices from other EU Member States.
